vDPO sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically.
1. How purchases are delivered

| vDPO Proof credits | Added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Your balance shows on the proof page. |
| SaaS Edition subscription | The client's workspace opens as soon as the payment is confirmed. Its start and end dates show on the Clients page. |
| Plugins and other editions | Access or licence details are shown in your account or sent by email. |
Confirmation usually takes a few seconds. A receipt is emailed to your account address and is also available in Settings → Payments and receipts.
2. Where we deliver
vDPO is available online wherever the internet is available, subject to applicable law. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
3. If something does not arrive
If your credits or subscription do not appear within 24 hours of payment, write to team@vdpo.org with the date, amount and Razorpay payment ID. See also the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
