Scores and gap analysis results reflect only the answers and ticks entered. They are self-assessments, not an audit, certification or guarantee of compliance with any law. A high score does not mean an organisation is compliant, and a regulator or court may reach a different view.

Laws, rules and guidance change, and summaries simplify them. We work to keep content accurate and current, but it may be incomplete or out of date. Check the official text of the law before relying on it.

Documents such as privacy policies created with vDPO's tools are drafts based on your answers. Review and adapt them before use; you are responsible for their accuracy and for meeting your legal obligations.
