Account, plans and payments
Your account gives you access to vDPO. What you can do depends on your edition: the Learner Edition for learning, and the SaaS Edition for real client work.
Editions

An active Learner or SaaS Edition account also includes vDPO Auditor and vDPO Advisor.
Subscribing a real client
- Each real client needs its own subscription, bought for one, two or three years when you add the client or later from its card.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and payments are processed by Razorpay.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Renewing extends from the later of today and the current end date, so you never lose time by renewing early.
- You get reminder emails before a subscription ends.
When a subscription ends
After the end date there is a 7-day grace period. After that the client’s workspace is locked until you renew. Its data is kept and opens again when you renew, unless you delete the client or your account.
Deleting a client ends its subscription. The remaining time is not refunded or moved to another client.
vDPO Proof credits
Each proof uses one credit. Credits are valid for three years from purchase. If a proof cannot be recorded, its credit is returned automatically.
Receipts
Every payment has a printable receipt under Settings → Payments and receipts. Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
