Settings and your profile

Settings is where you manage your profile, sign-in details, payments and account. Open it from the account menu at the top right.

Profile photo

Upload a JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP image of up to 8 MB. It is cropped to fit and saved in a smaller, web-friendly format, and shown on your dashboard and in the account menu.

Name and email

Change your name at any time. Changing the email you sign in with needs your current password, so nobody can change it from a session you left open.

Password

Enter your current password, then the new one. If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page; reset links expire after 60 minutes.

Payments and receipts

Every proof credit and client subscription you have paid for is listed here, each with a printable receipt.

Colour skin

The yellow, green and blue circles at the top of most pages change the colour skin. Your choice is remembered in your browser.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account removes your clients and their data from vDPO’s live systems straight away, including their encryption keys. It cannot be undone. Download backups of any real clients you want to keep first; see Backups and restores.
